Hudspeth was an early student of Beard’s at his cooking school in Portland, Oregon, where he met Marion Cunningham, and later became an occasional cook and organic produce supplier to Chez Panisse.
A classic memoir by James Beard. Chipping to jacket spine head & a bit to foot and corners, otherwise very good and bright.
